These services involve equipment such as Electric Motors, Generators, Switchgears, Gas Turbines, Pressure Vessels, Process Analyzers, Distributed Control Systems, Compressors, Pumps, etc. In general we provide inspection services to all kinds of equipment used in Oil & Gas, Power Stations, Mining Industries and other industrial projects.
We have expertise in the field of Vendor Surveys, Inspections, Order follow up, Expediting, Witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests, supervision of packing and shipments. Currently our inspection activities are within Canada and USA.

Expediting
The key aspect in ensuring timely completion of an order is implementation of effective expediting. Soft-Touch Technologies Inc. provides the following expediting services.
- Review of sub orders and monitoring of sub supplied materials to principal manufacturers.
- Monitoring of step-by-step production progress, identify Non Conformances, if any.
- Reports to end user on overall project progress
Witnessing of tests
- Functional tests on consoles & electrical panels.
- No load, full load and heat run tests.
- Vibration tests and performance monitoring.
- Temperature rise, fields & bearing tests.
- Safety tests.
- Pressure test and gas seal leak test
- Pressure & safety test of pipes, valves & manifolds.
- Engine, generator, rotor balancing & run outs.
- Generator stator immersion & performance tests
- Calibration of instruments including repeatability, hysteresis and accuracy.
- Control system functional tests including interlocks, alarms and other functions.
Packing inspection and shipment
- Final Inspection of the packing of major equipment & spare parts.
- Verification of items and quantities as per purchase orders.
- Crating and the shipping marks, packing list and shipping documents
